Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

Shopping Returns & Cancellations

Returns Overview:

We want you to be very happy with your furnishings. Providing you with a convenient & high quality experience is the cornerstone of our business. 

 If you are unsatisfied for any reason, contact your design manager and we will help you facilitate returns and/or exchanges of an item.

 Most items may be returned to the manufacturer within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in new condition. Shipping and restocking charges may apply.

Cancellation /Buyer’s Remorse/ Return & Exchange Policy:

Want to cancel a product?

 We will contact the manufacturer and make all the necessary arrangements to cancel a product. If the product has already been prepared for shipment or actually shipped, the product might not be cancelable by the manufacturer.

 In case of product cancellation, after merchandise already shipped, and it is still in transit, customer will pay freight charges to return the product back to the manufacturer.

 Approved canceled orders are subject to Interior Guild store credit to be applied to another product/purchase.

Want to return a product?

Interior Guild purchases its furnishings for our customers from reputable manufacturers, each with their own respective return policies that Interior Guild must adhere to.

Therefore, all furnishings must be purchased factoring in the return ability of each item, so please discuss with your stylist prior to purchase in the event you are not satisfied. For example, custom ordered items are NON-returnable.

Most of our manufacturers allow 30 days to return an item, please let us know within 72 hours if you are not sure about an item and keep all packaging.

Approved returns will incur a 25% restock fee. Items must be unused, placed and shipped back to the vendor. Redelivery fees will be applied to all approved returns.

The delivery/installation company will pick up, repackage and return the item to the manufacturer. The delivery company will have product boxes at time of installation/delivery, if you are unsure of any items please request to keep any boxes in case of return. It’s important to let us know within 72 hours.

For “A la Carte items”, items that arrive to you via Fedex/UPS, our customer service dept. will assist you with the return back to the manufacturer.

All associated shipping charges & repacking charges, when returning or exchanging the product, are paid by the customer.

Please initiate a Return or Exchange, in writing, by contacting at Johanna@interiorguild.com within 72 hours of receiving your product.

Buyers Risk:

Furnishings are recommended by our interior stylists but clients are ultimately responsible making final decisions relating to size, color, manufacturer return policies and any other questions that may arise due to buyer’s remorse.

Delivery Damage Policy & Protocol:

Interior Guild works with reputable white glove delivery & installation companies, not affiliated with Interior Guild LLC.

The furniture will be delivered to you pre-inspected and blanket wrapped, but furniture sometimes gets damage during transportation. 

It is important to inspect all items delivered to you before you sign off or additional re-delivery fees may apply.

If you notice damage to the item, structural in nature (dings, cracks and breaks) REJECT THE ITEM as it needs to go back with delivery firm for swap out.

If you notice cosmetic issues: finish discoloration etc. this is not deemed delivery damage so HOLD ONTO THE ITEM while we discuss with the manufacturer.

All claims for damaged merchandise must be reported at time of delivery. Email:johanna@interiorguild.com

You may be asked to:

  • photograph product / box

  • describe the issue

  • fill out a claim form.

Website Pricing and information accuracy:

Product Finish Color, texture, and graining variations can occur in natural products like leather, wood and stone. These are not normally considered imperfections. For leather products all colors other than black & white are bound to have variations in every production line.

Color representations on computer terminals and screens can be different based on settings and various display technologies.

There may be information on the website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
